She/Her
Clinical Counselor
PERINATAL AND COUPLE THERAPIST
Welcome! I am honored to invite you to therapy.
I view therapy as a collaborative partnership, meaning that you are always the expert of your own experience. I strive to provide a safe, accepting space where you can show up exactly as you are. Everyone’s needs are unique - I am happy to integrate art, walking, fidgets, or other creative accommodations to your sessions. I approach counseling through the lens of attachment, considering how past experiences shape current patterns. I also use tools from ACT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems. My role is to support and guide you as we navigate your path forward together.

You’re a new parent or upcoming one hoping for assistance with the transition.
You're interested in exploring how your past experiences and relationships continue to influence your present life.

A bit more about myself. I grew up in Corvallis, Montana and I lived there until moving to Helena, Montana to get a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Communications from Carroll College. I have worked in the nonprofit sector for the last 7 years, most of that time was spent working with mom’s and kiddos experiencing substance use disorders, domestic violence, homelessness, incarceration and/or mental health struggles. I have also worked as a supervised visitation and exchange monitor, supporting families who have a need for additional safety or supportive measures. I graduated in May of 2025 with my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montana.
Outside of work and education, I adore coffee, hiking, anything on the water, spending time with my family, friends, and my very sweet German Shepard, Samantha.
