BODY IMAGE + PERFORMANCE ANXIETY FOCUSED THERAPIST

My mission as a therapist is to support you in your journey toward emotional healing, embracing vulnerability with courage, and building secure meaningful connections. To support you on your journey toward emotional healing, secure attachment, and courageous vulnerability.

I’ll meet you right where you are with compassion and presence and we’ll move forward together, at a pace that feels right for you. In our work, I focus on the story our emotions are telling, deepening self-understanding, nurturing healthy self-worth, and building heartfelt connections.

Clients have described me as calm, empathetic, collaborative, approachable, and insightful; qualities I strive to bring into each session. Throughout our work together, my role will naturally adapt to support your unique needs. I may be encouraging, a grounding presence, a reflective guide, a companion in making sense of complex emotions, or someone to share a moment of laughter with. Therapy with me is a collaborative and comfortable experience. My office is a relaxed, welcoming space where you’re free to be yourself. Many of my clients enjoy adding a creative touch to their sessions, whether that means doodling, sharing music, bringing a pet along, exploring art, or heading out for a therapeutic walk together. I would love to support you on your counseling journey!

A little more about me:

I grew up in Frenchtown, Montana, where my love for community and connection truly began. Being deeply involved in sports and the outdoors shaped the foundation of who I am today, it taught me resilience, teamwork, and the importance of balance, all of which I bring into my counseling work. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Early Childhood Studies from Montana State University Billings, and later pursued graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation. My professional journey started in higher education, working in housing and residence life. There, I had the privilege of supporting students through their daily challenges and major life transitions. It was during this time that I also began providing counseling services through the university’s counseling center, solidifying my passion for this work.

I’m especially dedicated to suicide prevention, SafeZone allyship, and helping people find relief and healing in life’s most difficult moments. I also have a deep interest in equine therapy and group counseling, and I’ve worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including those navigating intellectual and physical disabilities, sexual assault, domestic violence, chronic pain, cancer diagnoses, and military family life. Outside of my work, I find joy in the outdoors and spending time with my animals and loved ones. I’m also actively involved in giving back to my community through 4-H and other local programs. Nature, connection, and service are central to who I am both personally and professionally.
